Without our client’s we couldn’t continue, it’s your Love of Art that we feed off of. That is what inspires and motivates us to make sure each piece is precisely what you are looking for….. Here’s how we do it from beginning to end whether you are ordering online, over the phone or in person at one of the many fine art shows we participate in around the country.

1. When ordering we will always have multiple phone conversations / emails and texts to ensure that we all are on the same page regarding all aspects of your order including but not limited to:

Size, shape, style, color(s), clear, embossed, brilliance/shine, message, placement, proper hanging, edges, thickness, etc. Thereby assuring that you will be thrilled with your choice to purchase and collect an authentic Gravity Glass Art Labor of Love. 

2. We ship via FedEx and we custom make our crates for each piece to prevent any breakage (crates are an additional $50.00 - $75.00 based on size).). If breakage does occur, take pictures, contact us immediately and we will put in a claim to FedEx. We will then begin to recreate your artwork and get it to you in as timely a fashion as possible. You will be kept informed regularly. Please remember Art takes time to create… every piece is a handcrafted original.

3. To date we have never had a return or have anyone ask for a refund. Generally speaking, Art is non-returnable. However, if you are truly unsatisfied and we can’t seem to please you…. Pack the crate back up as you received it, return thru FedX at your own expense. When we receive it we will refund your money less a 25% return fee. PLEASE NOTE: We have never had an unhappy client to date.

 4. Our Gravity Glass Art is NOT Functional Art and is NOT Tempered Glass. Gravity Glass Art is not to be used as a shelf, table, window or door, etc. It is only to be used as intended and created; Wall Art or as otherwise created for visual appeal only. By purchasing any Glass Art from us you acknowledge having read and agree to these terms and conditions. 

 It doesn’t matter if we ship across the country or overseas, tested time and again our custom delivery gravity glass art crates have kept us and our clients satisfied, for only an additional charge of $50.00-75.00 (our cost to make it). However, we’ve been around long enough to know there’s a first time for everything, so if your Gravity Glass Art arrives damaged simply take pictures, contact us immediately and we will put in a claim to FedEx. We will then begin to recreate your artwork and get it to you in as timely a fashion as possible. You will be kept informed regularly.
