· A 20% deposit is required to begin the actual creation of your Customized Gravity Glass Art after we have determined an approximate shipment/delivery week and only after all practical and creative design and color specifics are in writing, agreed upon and signed. We use phone conversations, e-mail, texting and photos to do our very best to secure a better than expected result prior to shipping. We do not accept returns on custom orders and by the way… to date we have never had a client request one and for that we are grateful!

 Please Note*A Custom Creation or Customized work of Art here at GravityGlassArt.com is defined as any work of art that you see here on this site. They can be customized for you through color changes, metal changes, certain sizes, a change of vertical or horizontal as example. There is an additional 20% charge for all Customized Art as well as a 20% deposit to begin the Custom project. 

A Commissioned Work of Art is defined as when the client personally requests and dictates the design/art via a picture, an idea or concept for a special occasion, an acknowledgment, commemoration, Business Identities, Organization, Office, Spa, etc., or just because. All Commissioned Art Work is individually quoted and priced, etc., based on the complexity, detail and size of each request.
